Excellent stay, good breakfast, staff are good and helpful. Convenient location.

The room was on 6th floor while the lift was only till 5th, so we had to drag our luggage for one level of stairs. There were renovations going on 6th floor with lot of noise and it was hard to sit in the room during day time. Breakfast was okay nothing great. The receptionist Yulia was helpful. It was my husband’s birthday and when I asked for candle for a birthday cake she handed me a bottle of Champagne as a token of celebration from the hotel end which I felt was a very nice gesture from her. The hotel is located inside a mall so we were confused if we reached at the right destination or not and so was the Yandex taxi driver, plus it’s just opp to belorusskaya metro station. You have lot of eating options around including subway, Burger King, Starbucks etc. You can get much better hotels in Moscow for the price we paid here. I won’t recommend it unless you have some work around this area.
