The capsule was spacious and clean. The staff was super helpful.

It was something different experience in capsule. First time for me and I really enjoyed. One challenge was if someone snoring then bit difficult. Otherwise it really good and budgeted.

Everything was good except there was only one power socket which is really bad because I needed to charge a lot of things (phone, power bank, camera's battery, laptop) and because you need to check-out (before 10:00 until 13:00) every day from capsule so you can't leave stuff in day to charge there.

The hostel was so damn cool, it felt like I was in the space with the small sleeping pods. They give you pyjamas, towels and all necessary toiletries. The elevators are set up in a secure way. And the location is good too. Very clean as well. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

We stayed in 9Hrs Shinjuku and were impressed. It was clean, efficient and have great staff. Except for nonavailability of temperature control for individual units, everything else was perfect. Highly recommended.
