Review Of karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka Tower

We had a very comfortable stay at Karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka. The location is a big advantage — it’s just a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station, which made travel and day trips extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and needless to say, the facilities were clean and well-maintained - this has been our experience wherever we have been in Japan. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Would happily stay here again!

Rooms were super small and they have rooms on two different floors even and make it difficult to manage as a family.

Spacious room with all required amenities. Hotel is close to shin osaka (5min walk) hence convenient for shinkasen. Hotel itself is in business district so not much to explore around hotel building. Daily housekeeping is plus

The hotel is at excellent location at a walking distance from shin osaka shinkansen station. The facilities are too notch. Twin bed rooms are more spacious.

Room had a beautiful view, staff were very helpful, hotel was very close to shin osaka station made it easy to explore osaka, loved the stay

Excellent location within 5 minutes of walking distance from shin-osaka station. Good breakfast but could have more vegetarian options.
