    Just basic and average

    There was no concierge assistance or info regarding tours etc provided, we were just waved to a computer and told all the info is there. Charged for water and no tea making facility, breakfast is minimum, 2 rooms were booked but not provided on the same floor. They actually goofed up and didn't realise there was a second room in the booking. Fortunate we got it at all, we were severely told that rooms couldn't be provided together as they were all occupied and no apologies.
