Review Of La Villais Kamojang Hotel Seminyak

We reached hotel and we have been provided room on 3rd floor, after 1 hour we realised the Aircon was not working, the bathroom toilet bowl was so dirty with poop stain all over, and the room were stinking badly. We asked for help with hotel guy and he send someone to repair the Aircon, still i did not help. Later in night they moved us in another room on request still the Aircon was same. We thought may be it will take time to get room chilled, so we have some time but after few hours it was still the same. We asked hotel management to provide us the table fan instead, but there was no fan in entire hotel. Entire night we were sweating. Another one is room light, there is very dim yellow light which is hardly giving any light in room. It's more of night lamps. How can someone provide room without light. That was hilarious. The bathroom doors and main entrance door is no noisy and broken, like if i push it will come out. I am really disappointed with the my stay and would give them 1 star. Not happy at all. I would not recommend any one this hotel. When we went for breakfast there was not a single dish for us. Even the bread contain egg. On request they made some fried noodles but that was tasteless. It was waste of my money to stay there. Pathetic service and hotel. Scary place.

I stayed here only for a day before the last day of my trip as I found it economical and in the middle of Seminyak. I made a mistake of not locking my bag after we left our room. We didn't check our bags the next morning before checking out. After we reached the airport we saw that cash was stolen. Had a hard time to make the staff understand that cash is stolen. I wish they could help me more. Management of the hotel, please help me if you see this.

There was lots of murmuring noice from the sides of room especially during night and also the lights are very dim in room need to have more light inside room. Staff is good and supportive. Breakfast buffet was OK and need to improve little bit for vegetarian people.

Hotel was good. Comfortable rooms. It was my honeymoon, I had requested hotel to provide a pool side room plus some arrangements would have been appreciated. But there was nothing plus the room had no view . . Breakfast buffet was good, pool was good, reception was helpful.

It was an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and polite. The room was cleaned and the ambience was very nice. Would love to come again. They made my honeymoon very special and it was totally value for money

Room location was good. We had a pool view. Just that the breakfast timing should have been extended or there should have been some flexibility. Rest every thing was pretty good. Service was good. Amenities were good.

The hotel location is superb .. It is accessible from market, pubs, clubs. The service and staff is good too ... They provide day Tours at good bargains ... Breakfast options for vegetarians are limited but all in all a great place to stay

Value for service and the service from staffs are super and also very clean and near to other Islands. Location, hospitality and facilities are very good, Food is excellent will re command and the staff were unbelievable.
