We stayed here for a night before our departure as our flight was early morning. It was a comfortable stay with all the amenities and facilities and good food at a great price. Best part was we were at the airport within 6-7 minutes which was a blessing considering Bali’s heavy traffic.

Didn’t have high expectations but this was very basic for a Hilton - the WiFi wasn’t working properly, the bathroom doors wouldn’t shut, sinks were clogged, paper thin walls. Decent breakfast and close to the airport. That’s the only saving grace if you need to crash for one night near the airport before your flight (which is what we did)

Property is very near to the airport which we needed as it was a long flight and needed to rest. The pool is great too

Decent property. Very close to Bali airport, hence very convenient. However, there are absolutely no vegetarian options for breakfast, especially eggless.

Rooms were ok, but the pool was amazing and location is absolutely perfect, if you have a flight to catch.

The property facade and facilities are good however very bad room quality, we found cockroaches in the washroom and even after complaining we were shifted to another room but same issue existed. No Indian food in restaurants. No service standards. Nobody came to escort luggage from vehicle. Front desk said - we will not attend calls as we have heavy traffic in lobby. Overall not worth the price, doesn’t meet a 3 star property standards also. Rooms do not match the image portrayed

In the photos it looked very class but you don't get that feeling here. Nobody to welcome at the entrance and none to carry the luggage, i carried my luggage myself. Food was average. Staff here were very sweet, polite. Rooms are average.

Hotel location is great. Self laundry drive was very useful. Food is great. The room service should improve a bit. We called for few things no one came and had to call back again

Clean rooms near airport. We stayed here for four nights and it’s the best. The place is pest controlled that means you feel real clean and hygiene hotel which is very rare in bali. Excellent service.

Good rooms and facilities but the property looks old. Room views are not all good - mine was facing parking lot. Breakfast menu had variety but taste could be improved.

Very conveniently located close to the airport. It has all the facilities for a short stay and the rooms facing the pool are nice and spacious. We had a comfortable stay!

The hotel is well maintained with the cleanliness and very good friendly staff's. The food is not very tasty but it's worth it and we like it. The stay was excellent and we enjoyed.

This hotel is very close to the airport. It is near, the hospitality of the staff is top notch. We booked this hotel as we had a late flight and we were happy as we had a good rest. The only thing is the dinner buffet, is technically not a buffet and you can select food items up to a certain amount.

Had an amazing stay at hilt-on garden inn hotel. All staff were very cooperative and amazing. It was my mom’s birthday when we checkin into the hotel, the hotel staff celebrating her birthday by cutting cake and a small decor in her room. Food was excellent, less option for vegetarian people though. Overall a wonderful stay.
