Pros: Great location, good facility, spacious rooms and good customer service. Cons; Could have add more vegetarian choices in food and their in-house restuarant also dont have many veggie options.

if staying kuta it's location is definitely an asset.very reasonable pricing and good value for money.a special mention about the staff who were very prompt and courteous.would recommend bali rani for a stay in kuta.

As per the 4 star category hotel & price of this hotel. It was not at all recommended and my experience was not good as the room was stinking even after changing the room that room was also bit stinking and have dirty walls. Even overall room & its facilities are not even of 3 star category. Foul smell from towels. Blanket was also not good. Keep this property in 2 star or 3 star max and property should reduce its price.

Bali rani hotel is really a nice place with beautiful greenery and a swimming pool. Service is awesome and has a very good continental breakfast. Overall it's an awesome experience.

Very bad experience with the support received from make my trip hotel experience was great but make my trip service was terrible will never use again make my trip for booking any hotel ever. This company has pathetic ethic values

Air conditioner not working well and room service is very late, i called three times for bath towel then they send the towel property is nice, room was nice, restaurant was good

It's very btfull n near to airport. Easily reachable. Room were clean n spacious. Staff was very gud and helpful.

Nice hotel for couples best location helping staff clean hotel nice room near to india. Restaurant also value of money

The rooms were good. Housekeeping and room service was also good. A few things were weird like you can't ask for additional tea coffee sachets or you have to pay for that. Not at all good breakfast or food available for vegetarians. You won't find anything except bread butter and fruits.

The stay was good, the place is hygienic, the food tasted good and the staff is very courteous. Overall it was an amazing stay.
