Review Of ibis Hong Kong North Point

The location was good , but the room was small, food was limited, they closed the counter exactly at 10 AM for breakfast while the closing time for arriving to breakfast is 10, the people who came by 9:55 couldnt have anything.. No water provided in room. Dental and slippers are given along with keys, while it has to be placed in room, bathroom is so small.. Not a idle place for family.

Nothing was good in the hotel except the location of the hotel. The location is just awesome, just 1 minute walk from North Point MTR Station. The hotel doesn’t provide the basic minimum need in a room, that is drinking Water Bottles. Never stayed in a hotel where they don’t provide drinking water

Great location, next to metro, great customer service, rooms cleaned everyday, value for money. Easily connected to metro

Excellent location, opposite shopping mall with great food choices, seven eleven two minutes walk, neat & clean rooms, good breakfast, reasonable price, very good front desk, very polite during check in & very helpful, bus terminal about three minutes walk, mtr 2 minutes walk !

The rooms are very small but the hotel staff is well trained and provide excellent service

I would recommend to have at least one gym at the hotel and looking forward to more variety on breakfast food list, it is pretty much repetitive think thats the drawback i see and other wise its super excellent in terms of service, people, location, cleanliness. All 5 out of 5

Was close to 8600 per day, without breakfast. I had taken fir 1 day and then extended hor 2 more days. The breakfast option not worth paying, as it is limited and they serve you. Being vegetarian, we can only eat 1_2 items, if that too is limited nit worth. Been to ibis in many location, only here they do this, not good for accor groups. Staff, service is the best

Not what you expect from accor groups, been in ibis in other countries, not up to mark. Room missing tea/coffee, small rooms. Also rooms are clean but very old furnishing. Breakfast option limited

Property is easy to find and near to metro with a good variety of food. The property is clean and that's what matters

The hotel is comfortably located at a walking distance from the North Point MRT and ferry pier. Affordable and comfortable stay and a neatly maintained room. However, I didn't receive bottled water in my room which is usually provided by other hotels. Overall, a pleasant place for work and pleasure.

We had a pleasant stay, smooth connectivity with North Point Metro Station.

The place is excellent in terms of location, but the rooms are very small.

Centrally located and reasonable

Good location as metro/tube is very nearer. Dropping facility through Train (Airport express) and bus is easily available with Ibis North Point Hong kong hotel. Breakfast is really good. Service is appreciable. So, we enjoyed a lot.

Hotel is very near to all kind of transportation mode i.e. Bus &mtr. Take bus A 11 from airport to last stop I.e. north point ferry pier which is hardly 5 mins from hotel and fare is 40 HKD. Try to book room for harbour view. North Point market is also cheap compare to other local market I.e. Ladies market, temple street market etc.

There were insects and ants in the room Not clean

Non smoking room was not available or not provided. I Am a regular at this Hotel but this time it was slightly above average and customer delight was missing

Perfect place for biz travel. Close to Northpoint Station, offers great view of the harbor.

Hotel is in North point close to bus terminus with direct connectivity to airport it's just 1 min walk and surrounded by local markets. Not a posh location. Room is very small. Good enough for solo travellers and view of Harbour is blocked because of some construction happening in front of building. Staff were responsive and good. No water bottles kept in room but you can find it for HKD 3 in shops close to hotel. Indian restaurant called Tulsi is 5 minute walk from here. Definitely for vegetarians it's gone be tuff. Overall OK place and just fine for 2 night stay if you can't find any cheaper options.
