Lift never work, staff on reception very rude even charging 17 euro for breakfast and if u are coffee they feel why are we asking

it was a very pleasant stay and the breakfast was so good. they provided all the essential services.

Near to the train station. Clean room and good breakfast. Fast check in and out. Quiet rooms and non-smoking.

The hotel was located centrally and tube was available very close by. The connectivity to all locations were ensured. The breakfast spread was fulfilling and sumptuous with wide variety of items. Overall had been a nice and lovely stay.

The hotel is very close to the exhibition centre. The breakfast served here is superb. The rooms are clean though small. I had taken a single room, maybe that's why. The central station is at a walkable distance from the hotel.

I stayed for one night. The best part about this hotel is they serve breakfast until 1:00 pm. So need to get up early on weekends to have breakfast. The location is convenient if you are travelling by train, main train stations is just 200m away. But it was not so safe to walk on the streets in the night. Overall 2/3 rating out of 5.

Room is a bit too small. One has to even pay to use soap in the washroom. My first such experience. Staff was friendly. Location is convenient. Otherwise ambience of the place is nice. The Bristol Bar is a nice place to spend the evening. Thank you.
