Place is not good for traveller. A little far from old town. But except for this all perfect, excellent.

Nice comfort stay just bed is too small loved the location its at peaceful location and same time not far from center

Had a wonderful time attending the international congress on Agriculture and Horticulture. The meeting room was well equipped and clean. The overall stay of four nights was very comfortable. Everyday breakfast had a variety of preparations and I really enjoyed. The staff and hotel management was very helpful and cordial. I observed total cleanliness everywhere in and outside the hotel. I was guided appropriately at the reception for my queries as it was my first visit to Prague and had a lot of confusions for transport and moving around. I spent time leisurely with full comforts. Great stay.

The hotel is at prime location. The staff is quite cooperative. But the hotel donot provides butler seevice and if asked for the service, it is chargeable. The city tour can be availed directly from hotel itself.

The hotel needs to improve in its facilities. The TV quality was poor. The TV remote was not working. The hangers in the cupboard were defective and it took 1 hour to replace it after complaining. The wifi in the room never worked, Room No 320. Everyday a technician would come, check and reassure that he is going to correct but never did.
