Review Of Haihua Hotel Hangzhou

As a responsible traveller I am writing this review. The Hangzhou Hotel is not Ramada group as mentioned while booking as no trace of Ramada symbol. The hotel is very old, the location is good and close proximity to the metro station. Kindly do not prefer this hotel as you can get at par or better hotel in 6000-7000 range and the biggest sad thing is the air conditioning system is not working properly and we complained for the same from 7pm -10pm to rectify and the answer was within 10 minutes it will get rectified. After fedup with the reply we went to the reception and after arguing without any results we agreed to keep an Table Fan in our room and sleep. This is the 1st experience in my life that staying in 5 start hotel (as displayed in Makemytrip website) we had to sleep with the help of an Table Fan. It is not they have only 1 fan, they have several fan and prepared to serve if any customer argues more. In the morning there was no English speaking staff at the reception during checkout and the deposit amount paid in Dollars was not been able to return as the keys of the safe was with their manager and he arrives only at 7. 30am. Because of this we had forcibly requested to pay us in Yuan instead of Dollars. My experience is kindly avoid this hotel and will also suggest Makemytrip to remove this hotel, as anyhow finally we also believe that you have rotten eggs in your basket.
