This hotel has a lot to offer, with great amenities, a supportive staff, and a breakfast that has a lot of options to choose from.

I had some problems in operating some gadgets. Staff responded immediately with all help everytime. Rooms are well-fitted out, including with required gadgets. Very comfortable stay

Great modern hotel in a great location near Rathaus and Museum Quarter where most of the sights are 15-20min walk and tram 2 right outside the hotel takes you to city center. The staff is always cheerful and courteous willing to help you understand the city with good breakfast.

The room provided to us was very small. Location was very good walkable to all major attractions. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. I am not sure the hotel to be consider as 5 star rating as shown in the website.

I had a very satisfactory stay at the hotel. First of all the location of the hotel is very good, very central to the inner city with most of the city attractions close by. Rooms were very nice and comfortable with modern feel. Then the staff were very friendly especially receptionists. While checking out receptions even remembered the room number we were staying in and talked to us very nicely. Breakfast was also great with lots of options and fresh food.
