The rooms are average, if you see the cost of the room , toiletries were poor quality, bathing tub was not maintained. Over all just the brand name no actual service.

The staff was very good and polite in nature but there checkout time they took was very long thn expected

verything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.pratibha and palak took good care of us. !

Westin Hotel asked us to for the smoking room, but they allowed us non-smoking room and we on the check-in. They didn't inform, and while making the booking, it was also mentioned that we are booking non-room or room and they are. they had very badly words apart from that, they also asked us to pay the charger because guest complaint, and then their housekeeping said that they have their don't lie in their words

Rooms and amenities like pool, fitness studio were excellent, we enjoyed our stay. Our package included breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet was outstanding; however, dinner could have been more better, as most of the food was served cold

Dear Team, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent stay at your property on August 2, 2025, along with five friends. From the beginning, we experienced issues with delayed room service. During dinner, we were extremely dissatisfied with the food quality. I had ordered chicken curry and rice, which was poorly prepared and tasted bland. I immediately reported this to the available manager, but instead of addressing the concern professionally, he responded rudely, questioning whether I was arguing and stating that not all customers have the same taste in food. I calmly explained that I prefer spicy food, and he simply replied “okay” without offering any resolution. Later, I asked if I could at least be served a cheese omelette, but I was sent a plain omelette instead. No feedback was taken after this incident, and no staff followed up with us. Due to this unpleasant experience, my friends and I skipped breakfast the following morning. At the time of checkout, I informed the front desk that we hadn’t had breakfast and requested if something could be arranged. However, I was told that breakfast service time had ended, and we were not provided anything. This experience was highly disappointing and did not meet the standards of hospitality we expected. Therefore, I kindly request that you initiate a refund for the unsatisfactory services provided during our stay. We feel that the value of the services delivered was not in line with what we paid for. Please look into this matter urgently and respond at the earliest.

one of the worst hotel ever. they should not consider themselves 5 star. pool was so dirty and no service at all they took 6 hrs to get us the glasses. finally they delivered the glasses when we went to reception and asked for the refund. In the morning we have asked for the dental kit but they didnt deliver it. Dinner plates was given to us at 12 in the night. In our booking we had a extra bed but they arranged at 12 :20 after asking them for it for 2 hours. what kind of a hotel is this! Why you placed Marriot Bonboy tag on your hotel. your service is poorer than 3 star hotel pool was like piss poor even water wasnt clean . No maintenance no towel even after asking.
