The kitchen did not have anything we wanted to eat. Not even lunch items. And very rudely told my partner to order from zomato. Also, the room service people did not have the courtesy to stay outside the room and mind their own business. They kept opening the door further and peeking inside the room. Really disappointed. I have been to this property before as well and the peeking thing happened earlier also which we did report. But this time, they literally opened the door further to inside. Very bad experience.

Pathetic service and room. They made us wait for more than two hours although we were checking in late at night around 10pm the room was still not ready. The reception staff was very rude and told us to leave if we don’t like the room.

Th room we booked was really small in size, and has coackroaches and dirty walls so I had no option but to ask them to upgrade or change my room. They said they can change the room but to upgrade I have to pay extra so I paid 1500 total in extra for a bigger room . The bigger room was really huge and very beautiful but the facilities were not top notch . the refrigerator was not working . when I asked for water bottles they gave me expenisve brand bottles and refused that they have normal bisleri bottles when that is what they gave us on checking in so they definitely had that. Otherwise the larger room was really good and was clean as well
