The hotel could not be found as per address provided. Google maps takes you to a location which says Hotel Lotus but the staff there insist its not what you booked. If you read other reviews others have faced the same problem. I think they try to make money from bookings without giving the actual accommodation. Please note the hotel also shows up in Aerocity and as per description it should be walking distance from Metro station but there is nothing in that location instead you have to walk almost a kilometre in some shady by-lane of Mahipalpur where after a tiring early morning flight you expect to catch up on sleep but if you face what I had to face then you are bound to wonder what is customer service come to these days. I especially booked 2 nights stay when I only needed the room for a days stay as came in early morning and had to leave again early morning. The Hotel manager is an extremely rude and arrogant person. Such people should not exist in the hospitality business. I suggest avoid this hotel altogether until they get their act together. Please note no refund was issued for this booking as both the hotel owner and Oyo Sr Executive its my fault I could not find the location.

+ the hotel is clean and well organized, surrounding by nature, quiet and so calm. Breakfast is quite simple but good enough. The room is exceptionally spacious! toilet and bathroom is separated which is good. More importantly everything they charge you is funding the special school next to the hotel, we totally like it here. Receptionist emily is very supportive and friendly
