Horrible. Asked 100 percent cash extra to be paid immediately after check in, otherwise only 2 days stay guaranteed instead of 5. Poor amenities.

My booking was confirmed but after reaching hotel manager said rooms are not available, only deluxe rooms are available. And he was force me to charge extra for deluxe room. And in deluxe room ac is not working tv is not working geyser is not working shower is not working toilet flush is not working. I want my money back
