The Location of the property is great with amazing views from the balcony. The Cleanliness of the property is good with well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The Amenities provided are basic but sufficient for a comfortable stay. The Check-in Experience is smooth with friendly and helpful caretakers. However, some guests faced issues with broken taps, faulty locks, and broken beds. The Room size is spacious enough for groups but lacks privacy in some cases. Overall, the property is a good option for a budget stay with great views and basic amenities.

  The property has an amazing location with a great view from the balcony. It is near the Mussoorie Mall road, making it accessible to many places. The location is fantastic, only 650 meters away from the bustling mall road. The best part is that the place itself offers breathtaking scenic views. It's truly a treat for the eyes! The view is spectacular in the morning with a view of the mountains and valley. The place is at an amazing location with a great view from the balcony.

  The property is clean and well-maintained. The place was spick and span. The caretaker was wonderfully patient and proactive to cater to any need. The rooms were really pleasant and clean. The property needed maintenance prior to hosting their guests. The place seems a bit damp. Bed quilt and pillows were not clean. The location provided on Airbnb was completely wrong and took me 20 km opposite from the actual location.

  The property has all the basic amenities, making the stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough, and the furniture is good. The kitchen has enough utensils. The property has a balcony with a beautiful view of Dehradun city where bonfire was arranged in the evening. The property has an amazing view from the balcony. The place had all the amenities, and Shivam was very friendly and helpful. The microwave needs to be connected to a plug point.

• Check-in Experience

  The check-in process was very smooth, even late at night. The host was very responsive to my calls, including a (fairly) unreasonable request of checking in at 11 PM since we were running late in arriving from Delhi. The caretaker was already waiting for us when we arrived. Shivam is a very proactive host and flexible! We were confused about booking this place at first, but Anil (caretaker) made sure we felt at home and warm. The caretaker associate was sometimes unavailable on the phone due to network issues.

  The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making the stay enjoyable. The two rooms in the apartment lacked proper structure, making them unsuitable for two couples seeking privacy. One of the rooms was an open space with a bathroom that was not attached. The place was a good place to stay with friends. The place is spacious enough, and it was great to accommodate us. The place is cozy with a beautiful view of the Dehradun city.
