Terrible Stay

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. There was no proper hotel service, no caretaker available, and the room was neither clean nor neat. The bathroom was in terrible condition — dirty, smelly, and completely unusable. The entire place smelled bad, including the room and even the outdoors. It felt completely neglected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had booked two rooms. In one room no water in bath tap and no hot water in both rooms. Lift was not working on 25th may. While checking in one room the occupant was smoking in the room, keeping his room main door open and the corridor was stinking. Managements needs to be more customer and service oriented.

Booking problem

Booked room through MakeMyTrip payment at King's Fort. 0n arrival the management refused to honor the booking, they informed me that they have terminated all dealings with Oyo. Had to pay higher price. Had to pay charges as per their tariff. My age is 63. Had to take it. Why do you take up such bookings if the hotels don't honor your bookings?
