Issue with the cleanliness and only advantage of this property is its location nothing else. Most importantly drivers room not available

Property location is prime staff behaviour is good but room was below average and fan regulator was not working and blanket was not avaialble as per members

The only good thing was the view from the room, apart from that all where below average. Breakfast was horrible, undue delay in serving Breakfast, even after repeated asking, didn't served water along with Breakfast finally I have to get it down from my room

Stay and location was excellent. Room was neat and clean. Host at the properly was friendly. Food was amazing. The view from the property is amazing for sure. Must visit to this property. Car parking available for 3 cars.

The property location is very good. But the furniture and the setup is not worth this much price. Morning breakfast was good. The people who works was good

Awesome experience, everything was excellent, the room was very good and the beach faced common space was beautiful.

It's a 7 room hotel / resort. Building is so close to sea wall. From first floor balcony is extended to sea wall. Such a brilliant view. We have stayed in room with front window is also sea. It's 2 km from cherai beach. How ever if you walk a 200 m we can have a small beach section. Where you play and enjoy the sea water. Break fest is complimentary. It's like tasty homely style with only 2 to 3 items. Tea any time request they will provide. For one night dinner we requested them make non veg food 2 hours prior. We were also nice and homely. The hotel crew is cooperative and friendly. Things are not so organised like a hotel or resort prior. But if you request things will be provided.

Based on price they are charging rooms and facilities are below average also the non view rooms are not at all fit to stay

Location of the property very beautiful. Ocean view is amazing. Great service by the staff. Cleaniness is very commendable.

Hi we stayed at this property. Firstly the view of beach from this property is mins blowing, other than that this property is of no use, the room felt cheap, the is lot of options for this price point nearby itself. If you are a person with bachelor gang then it's right decision. If it's a family look for a better one over lake view resorts.

The location is just too amazing, so close to the sea, it was a good experience. Rooms are ok, wouldn't say great. Service was good. The view makes up for everything.

Neat rooms, bathroom is spacious. Has a nice view of the sea. The common areas also has a great view of the sea.

Very very very poorly maintained property. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. None of the plug points in the room were working. Room is very small. Floors are wet all the time. Even inside the room the floor felt wet and sticky. No TV in the room. The dining area in the terrace is also poorly maintained. The whole dining area was flooded with water after one rain. The complementary breakfast was too bad. There were no menu options at all. They just served a set of puttu, kadala and papad which tasted very bad. The coffee was also terrible. There was no enough space for parking inside the property. We had to park our vehicle outside. This was one of my worst hotel stay experiences. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

It's a good accommodation with a great beach view. But rooms need to be further more neat and clean. Over all good

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Check in process was smooth. But the pictures uploaded are from their glory days. Property seems old, weary and tired. The bathroom and room smell was a put off as their is no proper exhaust for the attached bathroom. Though the novelty of the property lies in the fact that it's literally on the sea shore the condition of the property does not deserve such a high price (we paid for two rooms)no tv as well. Wifi speed is good. Parking is sufficient. The dinner ordered was homely but on the pricy side. Overall the place needs a serious revamp.

Very poor maintenance of the building. Employees very down to earth people. Food was ok which was prepared on order.
