The place was a great stay , with ample amenities as promised , and very nice staff gesture as initially something wasn't working so they changed it and provided is new room within no time...

First of all, the property is not at all a stay, it is an operating Paying Guest Hostel. Though the reception and staff behaviour is good, the facilities are not up to the level. The third floor is not easily reachable except for a single lift facility, the staircases are too narrow, the rooms are not very clean, the beds are not in proper usable condition, the fan facility, geyser is not working properly, the water flow in the tap is too slow. As I booked the room only to keep my luggage, and I spent most of the time outside , i could manage, if at all I would have spent much time in the stay, it would be a sure terrible experience. Please instruct the property to maintain the quality and reliability of MakeMyTrip standards.
