Want was shown while online booking and what is real experience is totally different...The only way guest could communicate was through their call center which is worse with ZERO cimmutment and no one has taken our request and attended. Only care taken Mr.Lal ( nice guy) but he has his limitations. I didn't blame him and its about the management and their approach. both Rooms had foul smell and had asked through their call center ( a lady spoke) to de foul or place some rooms freshers..." No reply nor No action " I regret the stay and honestly its not for family or couples to stay...... Request make my trip not to promote this property for families and couples...
