Had a wonderful stay booked through MakeMyTrip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Staff were polite and helpful, food was delicious, and the service exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

I checked into the hotel, but the room wasn’t clean. There were small insects crawling around. When I complained, the staff member picked up one insect with his hand and took it away, but there were still more insects, including cockroaches. When I woke up after sleeping, there was an insect near my ear.

The room and staff are good, but there is nothing available for communication. Apart from tea and coffee, nothing is available in the kitchen. no intercom or bell available for service.
