It was one of my first villa stays. Overall, the stay was decent. The place and location were good. There were no neighbor troubles whatsoever. The property manager, Saddam/Nur, had a decent approach. However, the caretaker needed more training on how to approach customers with a smile and welcoming attitude. Most of their staff seemed quite serious in their work and expressions. - The private swimming pool was nice, with a little fountain. Water is not available 24/7; during the early morning hours, there's no water. There's also a poor WiFi problem especially on the first floor. Normally WiFi gets disconnected again and again. The swimming pool is not perfect; there might be a few leaves or some obstructions. The depth of the pool should not be less than 5 feet; you can ask them to lower the water level. The food situation can be a bit troublesome here, with charges for CHRD, meals, groceries; it's very confusing, especially for first-time tourists in the future. Apart from the location, there's nothing interesting nearby, except for the quaint home and distant beaches, restaurants, etc. I was informed I would be greeted by a representative named Yash Singh after check-in, but there was no one. Anyways, it's an okay place if you're looking for a decent stay. You can find better offers for this place
