Good Stay
property was neat and clean the staff was very helpful, proper bedding was provided , geysers are small if 2 persons have to take bath one by one but that can be managed 😀 overall the ambience and vibe is very good

Good stay
Stay was great. Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Good restaurants were nearby only, so location wise also good.

Delightful view close to nature
Great place to have your vacation done. Peaceful and close to nature. I will recommend it for family and couple travellers as well.

coupleA really good place to stay at dharmshala. Situated far from the city traffic & has a calm and pleasant surrounding near the property. Mr. Rohit was a really nice host & the staff was welcoming. )

Regrettable experience at wowstayz the lodge, dharamshala
coupleMy recent stay at wowstayz the lodge, dharamshala was nothing short of disappointing. From unhygienic food to poor room service and unmotivated staff, the entire experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the food served at the hotel was unhygienic and unappetizing. Not only did it lack freshness, but it also raised concerns about food safety. It's unacceptable for a hotel to compromise on such a fundamental aspect of guest satisfaction. There was a plastic wrapper in my veg grilled sandwich. When i showed the wrapper to the restaurant staff, he said it is just a masonnaise wrapper. Additionally, the room service was abysmal. Requests for basic amenities took an unreasonable amount of time to be fulfilled, and even then, they were often incomplete or of poor quality. It felt like the staff lacked any sense of urgency or commitment to providing satisfactory service. Moreover, the ongoing construction around the hotel made the atmosphere noisy and disruptive. It's unacceptable for guests to endure such disturbances without prior warning or adequate measures to mitigate the inconvenience. Furthermore, the lack of a view from the balcony added to the disappointment. Guests expect a certain level of ambiance and relaxation, which was completely undermined by the lackluster surroundings. Overall, my stay at wowstayz the lodge, dharamshala was far from pleasant. The combination of unhygienic food, poor room service, unmotivated staff, ongoing construction, and lack of a view made it an experience i regret. I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel until they address these issues and prioritize guest satisfaction.

Good experience
Overall experience was v good, enjoyed our stay, everything was good. Food quality was good. Room was neat and clean. Location was also good.

Not worth the money
groupUnderstaffed, below par service. Things like wayfarer, bluetooth headphones getting lost as if it's a black hole. Long wait for the food.

Average Stay
The hotel charged us for early check in. When we asked if we can do an early check in they said yes and didn’t mentioned any additional fee. Once we reached the hotel the receptionist asked 500 for early checkin.

Excellent Stay

Great Stay
We opted for the balcony view room. It was worth it, the view from the room was amazing. The room size and balcony size is quite good 👍🏻 We were with a kid the staff was quite cooperative. Also the food service was in their restaurant itself(no room service) but the food was good like home. The cook as well as the person helping the cook both were very humble and kind. Overall a good experience 👍🏻

Dharamkot trip
don't go with the breakfast option as there is no buffet available however they charge as per buffet. Anything u will ask they will say we don't have it except parantha in bf. Same is wi. Only one thing which is good is location. Anyone can opt for other place at lower price.

Good Stay
The stay was amazing and the service was also very good and the staff was very helpful. They arranged the taxi for our daily needs as well and made a plan as well for our visit. The rooms and the hotel was also very spacious and clean.

The hotel and the food except coffee was good.
First off don't use google maps to reach the destination. From mcleodganj chowk go towards dharamkot. The hotel infrastructure, ambience, location, staff and food( except coffee) was extremely good. It was totally worth it.
