coupleOnly location is good, services here are very poor. Water for guests comes with timings. After that you will get water at morning only after 8. 30. We have to decide to bath and to use toilet according to water timings. For food they say call at canteen, in canteen they say call reception. This is very bad no house keeping service to clean rooms. I will not recommend any one for stay here. I just want my money back for this kind of treatment and spoil our precious couple time.

Best hotel at naddi with dhauladar mountain view

This hotel is situated in naddi and you can see the morning rising sun everyday from your balcony. I had booked super deluxe room with balcony and dhauladhar view. The hotel has many restaurants nearby. The staff and the hotel manager mr. Vinod ji is extremely humble and personally ensure that every guest is well taken care of. I stayed at this hotel with my elderly parents and 10yr old daughter. This hotel provides homely feeling. It's like a comfort away from home. Plan to visit again in winters.

Water intermittently available, hot water a must for a cold place is not available, room heater another basic requirement is not available. The manager forced us to pay rs. 800- extra for providing room heater for 02 days. The manager is unfriendly, unpleasant. And uncaring & indifferent. Food is not tasty. Not worth to stat at all.

The location of the property is very good. It is 3-4 km away from mcleodganj. The area nearby the property is very clean and it is far away from all the hassles and noise of the city. If you want a calm and relaxing experience this is the perfect place for it. The hotel in itself is a nice and cozy place to stay. The view from my hill facing room was breathtaking, especially in the morning. You cannot miss the sunrise. You will find everything required in the hotel. The staff does their job very well. Very polite, courteous and cooperative.
