We booked 2 rooms for 2 days for 5 people. When we tried calling the resort number and the one given with the booking confirmation, both were not in use. Then after some roaming around we found the place. It is a 2 storied building at an isolated place with 5 rooms. Good surroundings and amazing view from the balcony. Gated parking is also available. However, either they don't check their emails or they don't have a proper tie-up with MMT. First they said, they don't have any info about our booking. After 10 minute, they said they can only give 2 rooms for the first day as all rooms were pre-booked for the next day. I wonder how they can do something like that. None of our mobile connections had a 3G signal at that place, so we couldn't check with MMT as well. They agreed that they will provide a similar facility near the Kodai lake for day 2. We agreed for the same and stayed for 1 day. Day 2 morning they took us to a horrific facility 4 km from the lake. Rooms were all dirty and we couldn't even step inside the toilet. The caretaker was not willing to even hear us out. Due to this bad incident and due to the fact that no other good hotels were available nearby, we were forced to cut short our trip by day 2 midnight and return back with the worst experience ever.
