one of the worst place to stay, , but it really isn't worth it, really not matched with the photos what we see and what they gave, I do have photos to attach I am not sure why there is no provision to attach photos and videos

The stay was so Amazing and we had a great time here. The Valley view of the mountains was so nice & I would recommended everyone to choose the Deluxe rooms for good experience

The manager told that they provide better rooms to people book offline by phone call. 2 Rooms set apart for Online booking are in first floor and are in very bad conditions. They allotted those 2 rooms to our family. It was a very pathetic experience.

We recently stayed at Vindal Resort in Valparai. The property is still under construction, so there are occasional disturbances due to ongoing work, which can be inconvenient at times. Despite some YouTube reviews giving high ratings, our experience was fairly average. The rooms are spacious, which is a plus, but the overall amenities were lacking. Basic toiletries were not provided by default—we had to request them separately. Food is available on request, and the staff will arrange it for you, but there’s no in-house restaurant service as such. For the price they quoted, it’s a decent place to stay, but don’t go expecting a full-fledged resort experience just yet. It’s okay for a short trip, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially once the construction is completed.

The room and view were amazing. We stayed at room 104, it was clean and neat with two sides glass, but the balcony was a bit congested - it has estate view at one side and building at the other side. The staffs are friendly. Their customer service is great.

Though the rooms are decent, there is no uniform view for all rooms. The room which was allotted to me initially was a dungeon with concrete structure obstructing the view. After i protested, i was given a room with a better view. (room no 204. The geyser capacity is very less. Getting even half a bucket of hot water is a challenge. Food quality is just average. Hence overall i rate as average.
