Surreal villa location making the stay lovely. The amenities and rooms were well made and maintained and the food was good. but the view and ambiance was the winner.

Amazing location and view. The food was great too. The villa in itself is beautiful enough to make the experience worth it. The last 200m to the villa is a rocky downhill so suggested to take along someone who can drive in steep roads. The caretakers were helpful and cooperative.

The location was good and but villa had rats n cockroaches in bedrooms. There was rats potty on the bed n even in bedding’sn bedsheets. The washroom of ground floor bedroom was stinking as if rat has died near by… we informed the caretaker he said 3 days back 8-9 rats died as we had put medicine must be any of it left inside in the bedroom n advised us to shift to tfirst floor bedroom which was again not acceptable as we had booked the entire villa and when we told about this to the host Mr. Arbaaz the host, he said it can be rectified which was not a satisfying reply. the villa was bit expensive n it has a capacity for 10 people n we booked it for 3 but before coming we preferred asking the Host on call if extra person added will we be charged for the same as we have booked for 3 he said extra 500 for bedding will be charged but later when 3 extra person were added he charged us 1000 per head… so after a argument he agreed for 2500 n we really didn’t wanted to spoil our vacation so we decided to pay… even the food is bit expensive so it was a bad experience for us
