It was average hotel. Lack professionalism.
Staff was rude and unprofessional. Food was good, view was mesmerizing. However the staff behaviour ruined our experience. It is an average hotel

Exceptional Stay at VOCO Ramnagar!
I stayed at Voco Ramnagar from 20 to 21 Sep and was thoroughly impressed. The location is serene and perfectly situated for a peaceful getaway. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional—making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Service was top-notch, with every detail taken care of seamlessly. The food was delicious, offering a great variety and authentic flavors that truly enhanced the experience. Above all, the hospitality was outstanding—genuine, thoughtful, and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a touch of luxury in Ramnagar. I’ll definitely be returning!

Pleasant experience close to nature.
Wonderful property, especially the river view room where we stayed for three nights. stay was comfortable and cleanliness was ensured. Though room was very close to river however hotel staff was conscious about safety and security guest and made relevant arrangements during red alert in rainy season. lush green gardens, swimming pool and open air restaurant provision good photo opportunities and relaxation opportunities. in terms of areas of improvement, parking area is not scientifically designed and not sufficient compared to rooms available. Mostly you need to rely on valet services to park the vehicle and it's not hassle free to park and use vehicle. Buffet breakfast is not Wow , limited variety and mostly we rely on live counters with Dosa, omelette, etc which we can not consume continously for three days. staff is active but food delivery frequency sometimes doesn't match with number of guests during breakfast. overall, very pleasant experience.

Terrible
Terrible experience before coming to the property with one of the staff who asked us to cancel booking on the previous day of our arrival telling there was a wedding happening and it will be noisy. But we did not cancel it. Upon arrival we were surprised to see No wedding happening. Later the other manager apologised for the earlier behaviour upon questioning. We were not convinced with the reasons. Other thing is NEVER EVER BOOK JIM CORBETT Safari here. They took us to buffer zone not the actual National park. Book directly from Government website.

Feedback for voco
Place was good so was the staff, food quality and options were limited and not in line with 5 star property.They gave hi-tea and it was way below the standard, not even edible

Amazing experience

Average Stay
The location and the property is good but the food quality and service is not upto mark. Needed a lot of improvement on service front at the restaurant, I think there is not enough waiters in the restaurant and whenever you order something it takes a minimum of 25 mins

Terrible Stay
The property does not cater to what they advertise on MakeMyTrip app. They didn't provide any complimentary beer and discount coupons as mentioned. And electricity was coming and going. Swimming Pool has animal waste in it.

overall good place for us, Staycation
Overall day was good, the location staff, and everything was good, it’s a Riverside resort with direct access to the river. Breakfast was really good. Had many options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Rooms were clean amenities provided.

Good property forstay only
**Review for Voco IHG, Jim Corbett** The property is truly beautiful—well maintained, peaceful, and set in a lovely location close to nature. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the hospitality and ambiance made for a great experience. However, the only downside was the food pricing. While we did enjoy some of the meals, the cost felt unjustifiably high. What was especially disappointing was being charged ₹500 for tea without being informed that there was a complimentary high tea included. Such lack of communication and the exorbitant food bills took away from what could have been a near-perfect stay. A little more transparency around meal inclusions and reasonable pricing would really enhance the overall guest experience.

Not a premium experience, Average stay
Property is fine and the location is great. The downside, they did not have hard mattress with them which made our stay uncomfortable. The food tasted average and attention to detail was missing which differentiates a 5 star property from the rest. We were in rush and could not complete our breakfast so requested takeaway of 1 item (vermicelli) which was was denied. Though, understandable but again this came as a little surprise as I was expecting otherwise for the hospitality from a premium hotel's standpoint.

wonderful property with well trained staff
This is one of the best property to enjoy your vacation in Jim Corbett. High Tea on the bank of Koshi River with Sandhya Aarti is the main differentiator.
