Review Of Brys Caves-5 Star Luxury Jungle Resort

Very calm and beautiful place , food was perfect, room service was fast , breakfast/lunch/dinner all were sent to room on time as we were with kids and unable to access dining area . They even sent free beer on house due to off season and little delay in service . Perfect in everything and even helped in safari booking

We were disappointed right from the check in to the check out. The stay was not at all pleasant. While entry to the room, the basic stuff like room slippers, shaving kit, shower gel were lacking and we have to ask for it. There was garbage thrown at every nook n corner, dusty smell from the kids section. Shortage of staff at all levels. No live counter in the restaurant with limited food and dessert items. The pool was not at all clean and people were openly smoking in the pool area. The rides and the trampoline was broken with no safety measures. Highly disappointed!!

Food was very tasty, rooms are spacious and clean, Disco hall was nice, pool and spa were not being attended but were decent.

The Manager Ms. Rachana is giving wrong information on jungle safari trip. For seetavani jungle safari trip cost is around 5000/- but she took 8500 from me. From B Caves parking area to Ram nagar return transportation cost is 1200 Rs. but she charged 3000/- Rs. This is white color fraud. The hotel staff is not trust worthy.

I have given you 900 rupees extra for my wish… I did not wake up properly in the hotel. Take your car, go far and go to the hotel in a jeep. No one should go here...

This was hands down the most disappointing 4/5 star stay I have booked in last 10 years. We came here to de-stress and relax but may be we had too high expectations. The half the things mentioned on the listings were not available. We enter the room and start to freshen up - it turns out hot water takes 10 min to come. I am standing in the shower naked waiting for the hot water to come. After the shower find out there are no bath robes and slippers. By the time they arrive we have already changed. There is no mini bar and have to order and then wait for 20 min for drinks to arrive. We thought we will then watch some Netflix but the WiFi is terribly slow. After the first couple of disappointing hours - we thought we will have lunch and take a dip in the pool. Well the pool was not clean, there are no towels there - in short not functional. The lunch spread was average (although the restaurant staff was very hospitable and food tasted fine). We come back and call about spa. They don’t offer spa and sauna. Ok - we decided to roam around the property, the pond and water streams are all dry. We come back to the room to get a nap and dhol start playing outside. The “low” tea then just added to the disappointment - coffee was mix instant coffee into hot milk and just pakoras and sandwiches. No biscuits, no cakes. By this time we decided we will just spend all our time in the room. We switch on the jacuzzi and only one of the 6 jets is actually working (I specially took an upgraded room for the jacuzzi). In the morning we decide to go to the gym - no towels/no water bottles. Somebody needs to check if they even have 5-star certification

We had a wonderful stay at brys caves resort jim corbett. This is one of the best resort. Food and servies was very good
