Location was okay but the rooms were not clean. They had to use room fresheners after we complained and still the rooms smell bad.

Good clean room and comfort stay very nr to station. Good experience. Value for money and good breakfast also...

Breakfast quality was very poor. There was no maintenance of bathroom. Shower was nut working properly. When we went for the breakfast, AC was not working and it was suffocating. overall experience was very poor.

The hotel is right next to the railway station. Well maintained. Neat and clean room. Food was pretty decent as well. Plus there are quite a few options available nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at Viva Hotel. The property is beautiful, gives a royal vibe, and is very well-maintained with good hygiene. The staff provided excellent service, and both breakfast and dinner were served exactly on time as requested, which I really appreciated. The only minor issues I faced were a few mosquitoes in the room and the inbuilt AC, which could not be adjusted – it could only be turned fully on or off. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciate the hospitality and service provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay at Viva was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is very good near the station. Inhouse restaurant not available but quite a few dining options near by. Overall a value for money stay.

Ample spacious room at prime location, proximity to Railway station. Good variety of Breakfast served in the room.

Viva Hotel Madgaon Goa, Bang opposite platform no 6 is a very good hotel especially for family. Rooms are quite large and well equipped for Tea, coffee kettle, cleanliness and lift for especially necessary senior citizens Staff are very hospitable and prompt to receive request. Food served is excellent aranged from outside and served by their hospital staff ext door Victor hospital of same management. We renewed room thru Make my trip who gives a good discount for 3 times extended stay .

Stay at Viva Hotel Goa was excellent Room service was prompt, cleanliness was also gr8, Food was organised and delivered by next door hospital staff very nice in 45 mins. Closer to the station. Affordable price and the room was big and clean.

Food was good... they mentioned that they share their kitchen with some hospital nearby... location is not great...bang opposite to Madgaon station so you will be distributed by the noise of the engines... property and stay was pathetic...lizards in the room, lot of mosquitos, ac not functioning ...no amenities at all, service was good...the staff willingly helped to the level they can..i would not recommend this hotel for your stay in Madgaon

The hotel haven't their own restaurant. whatever you ordered it's from outside. it's very difficult when you travel / stay with baby. can't recommend for family.
