Property location is prime. They don’t have any kitchen or restaurant. They only provide soap. No toiletries. But in the minimum budget. This hotel is good for stay.

The location is excellent. They don't offer food but you will get good hotels nearby. Facilities: TV, King size bed Overall: If you want to explore Goa and use the hotel just for night stay then it's a good option. If you want to spend time at a hotel then it doesn't have any entertainment facilities.

The property is located in 3rd floor in a very old building with no proper display board mentioning , making it difficult to locate. Guests need to call the contact person for directions. The lift is extremely old, with a sliding door and an outdated operating system and manual entry staircase is not cleaned, which makes it feel unsafe to use. Additionally, the surrounding area is not well-maintained in terms of hygiene. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to these issues.

Overall good experience with hotel , staff behaviour is good and room having sufficient space for 2 person and the main thing is special about this hotel 200 meters far from panjim bus stand with low budget.

- very old building, outside it looks like labour hostel. - the room charges without offer was around 2800 inr for a non ac room and it's never worth it - no proper lock, no proper hot water service, overall a horrible experience. The only reason i had to book this was near by to transportation facilities

Stay is good, bed are good, if you want to simple have a stay and wanna join casino’s it’s a nearby location. It’s budget friendly location.

Good stay friendly staff

All in all the stay was good or okay. The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean. Unfortunately it was really hot and there was no ac. The fan only worked on the highest level super fast so there was a lot of wind, which hurt my throat. I asked for some hot water to make myself some tea but that wasn’t possible. My partner found out there was a nice terrace on the day we left - would be great to know about that earlier. Also the warm shower water didn’t work- only sometimes for a short period in the afternoon.

I had booked the hotel for 30th december to 1st january. There was a water problem every morning, the double bed was rokenge and the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and the mirror was dirty and broken. My room number - 309

Question to the mm t commercial team is why they are not verifying basic necessities for better comfort of customers and still listing such a worst property. Highlights of the problem at this hotel: 1. Room and bed was so small that even 2 adults can't sleep 2. Room was so small that we can not place extra bed at all 3. Bathroom was so small for even one person 4. Bad smell around so had to open window to breathe 5. Building is in very old, lift is pathetic, stairs are risky 6. No parking from hotel, also parking on road is unavailable and is on risk. Searched paid parking which was little away from hotel 7. I felt like paying 10x to actual price i evaluate after check-in

The viva guest house is located very close to panjim bus stop and is super easy to reach. Further, it is surrounded by good hotels and you can easily catch a bus to any location in goa. The rooms are clean and the staff is really nice.

Washroom is very dirty. Hot water not available. Different types smells in the room. Tv not working.
