Bahut bekar service hai koi ni jaye maine Ac room book kiya tha bs fan chala kr 1500 rupye le liye bahut bekar hotel h bahut bekar stap hai

I room was very dirty,the AC wasn’t working properly,the walls was covered with dampness and moisture,doesn’t seems like a hotel room

I have booked for one night but they given the room only for 2 hours very disappointed, i want compensation

Good hotel in kushinagar. Polity staff. Good location. Better for couple.

The room was barely adequate, a hard bed, poor lighting. The bathroom was primitive, squat toilet, overhead shower, small sink. The staff was not friendly and did not speak english, and i still had to check in on paper. The location was not really close to anything.

I booked for 24hr but manager said that you can after 9pm but my check in time was 11 am and and said be alert any time

Receptionist told me that go in 2 hours bcz police is raiding why raiding if i stay with my wife why u running the hotel why it is available in book my show if people are unsafe there

Location is outside the main locality hygiene is a big issue too, toilet was dirty, there was soap all over the floor and toilet seat was very dirty
