Food is bad or room is little expensive

Good experience, good hotel in this area.

No Water, no food, no juice, no cold drinks. Dharamshala is much better than this hotel.

The staff is Good and cooperative; Food is very nice; There are frequent power outages;plug points are faulty; The TV Set is very small The location however is very close to the Buddha Temple. Hotel is clean but needs some ore improvement. Overall average experience

Very bad as the behaviour of the hotel management was totally worst, as compared to other hotels. Unexpected hotel as we expect more. But in the starting check-in time was the most embarrassing moment. As we paid for the room but feels like we are liar poor category people.

Room is good but service is not good. Food was poor and AC not working properly in room. And over all room is good, But remaining things are not better expectations was more. But not in the line expectation. So value of money is null.

Hotel front office is very negative. Even I showed them vouchers of prepaid reservation, they denied it, as they do not received it. Then they keep waited 15 min checked their mails etc. The room are very ordinary types and over prices. Therefore will not recommend to any body. Only the location of hotel is good, near to all religious places.
