Where is very poor quality. poor service to the customer. Don't go for it. Very bad experience. No parking space provided. In current location provided. Totally waste of money.

It's very old type hotel . Interior like Hospital . Very dirty bathroom with bad electrical wiring . It's not as showing on make my trip

hotel manager denied to chek in he not allowed MMT voucher demand pai cash ,..........................

When I reached hotel they didn’t find my booking after 2 hrs the manager confirmed by booking. Overall hotel was goods

The room was good but the bathroom was not fully dry. Geyser was leaking and the there was a not working tv in the room. Better to remove if any appliances is not in working condition. If you stay here make your option of dinner from outside as the hotel menu is far expensive than average out there. Overall good but not as classy.

Don’t go for this hotel. Staff jis good but the ambience is just so bad. While we go out we think to have leisure time at hotel. Rooms are smelly. Dampness on walls. Toilet flush don’t work tried different rooms all have same issues. Shower doesn’t work. No exhaust in washrooms. Blankets are very old and smelly.

Good room, good breakfast and good location. Will definitely consider the hotel the next time we visit Gorakhpur. One thing to add though, room size are bit small but that was not much of a problem ...

I stayed in room no 409, before this room the staff has shown me 109, 209, 206, 309 all the room are spacious but poorly maintained, full of bad odor, full of humidity, spited linen, folded and old mattress, at the time of check out manager has asked me to pay the room rent despite it was prepaid booking, when I show the booking voucher to that fellow then he was saying you ask the MMT for cancellation and you will get back the booking amount and you have to settle the bills before you leave, then I called the MMT customer care then with in 30 minutes issue was resolved.

Hotel is good bud infrastructure is old pillow is very hard I had visited several times and asked to changes things hope they will do soon my very good experience this time as I have to check early and I asked for Spain time they said check then you can stay Dorian hour

Very poor service after booking on chek in time they give lot of term and conditions. After lot of discussion I am unable to chek inn and finally I got other hotel. Totally unsatisfy with such type of behaviour and services.

Stayed here for a single night and although the location is great, the service is horrible. Had to change two rooms, climb up 5 floors to reach my room. Further, the hotel does not provide WiFi. Overall a disappointment.

Room was well-spaced and clean. Location of the hotel is at the heart of the city Golghar. It's very near to the Railway station and Bus station. Room service is available round the clock. Food is a bit costly but tastes good.

Room are old and bathroom are full of problems. Advantage is near to station and bus stand and on main market road but facilities are average by hotel staff. Food is too costly and donot have options near to this place for stay.

Service is OK as far as Gorakhpur hotel's concern. Guys are really good. Need to innovate immediately otherwise customer will shift to other hotels worth for money but stay can't be comfortable... So travellers to pay more to rest hotels. Overall average hotel.

Moderate in respect of service. Otherwise, ood in respect of location & others. Staff of the Hotel has to be well- coordinated. Rooms are good, Nearby Market is the best market in town. Hotel President is one of the oldest & renowned hotel in Gorakhpur town.

This hotel is so good and my trip was very nice. You can also make your trip very by staying in Hotel President. I suggest to everyone for stay on here. This situated in very nice location near about market, station etc.

Receptionist was so rude. He don't have the manners. He said to me we don't have received your booking voucher.. I Makemytrip mentions the Wi-Fi available in hotel but really there is no Wi-Fi..

Overall it's an average experience, details I have already mentioned in my earlier experience, just to mention food was very good, staff at the reception should have complete information about the bookings done at their hotel.
