it is one of the best staying facility available at Gorakhpur.... Lake facing location... Amazing ambience...Very good maintenance of rooms and courteous staff.....We enjoyed our stay and will recommend anyone to stay here.

I'm a frequent customer of courtyard and been having experienced a lot ,specially on this tour a got to know that hotel front desk manager's are not keeping privacy of there customers, I don't think it is fair ,on this tour I got very bad service from the hotel staff who was serving, instead of complaint he was allowed to serve .I was surprised to see that the manager Mr Yash didn't took any action against that worker.i hope hotel management will look into this matter

groupThe property is located at the heart of the city, the view of the lake form the property is fabulous, food is good with verity of option available round the clock, the pool area is the best, the back end staffs are well behaved and they take a good care of the guest during the entire stay. The front office staffs however are the most pathetic ones, don’t even knows how ro behave with the guests, most unprofessional front desk i have ever come across in my entire life. Luggage didn’t arrive to my room even after 3hours after my check in, also during the check out after numerous calls to the front desk no body cared to come to my room to collect the luggage. Over all stay was good, but don’t ever want to see the front office staffs ever again

coupleStay is cozy and ambience is pleasant. There is not a single corner where it's not soothing. Sundeck, the restaurant, food and the breakfast gave a good start to the day. Staff was very supportive and very cooperating. It was surprising the staff arranged a room heater at 2 am in the morning. All in all it was totally worth it.
