Had a wonderful experience staying at Nirvana Sarovar Portico during my recent trip to Gorakhpur. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professionally handled. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the cleanliness standards were top-notch. What really stood out was the hospitality the staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams for making our stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of Indian and continental options, and the quality of food at their restaurant was excellent. Room service was prompt as well. The Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur’s central location is also a big plus easily accessible from the airport and railway station, and close to many local attractions. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Gorakhpur!

Attended Gorakhpur for a marriage and stayed at Sarovar Portico. The staff (everyone of them) is extremely courteous and helpful. My kid had stomach issues and was taken care of very nicely. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities also upto the mark. This is byfar the best Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur in Gorakhpur. If I have to nitpick I would say the bathroom could have sliding doors and more lights in the room. Rest Excellent

Staff is excellent and very polite I would like mention 2 peoples particularly Mr.Grish at the gate who welcome us so well that it was overwhelming and the lady at reception Ms Anushka made overall check in process very seamless

Best location, nice food and service to be improved little bit as it is near to railways and bus station so it can be preferred but services to be improved

amenities and services are up to its class , missing only a pool in summer time vacation, breakfast was very good, staff well mannered and polite.

Room is good, Staff is friendly, But didn't like buffey food, even food which is served in room is not great quality.

Property was noce neat n clean and service was also prompt. Staff was very polite and helpful. I always use to stay there on my Gorakhpur Visit.

The property & the room is good though the reception area is small. Food is delicious. Staff is courteous. Overall a comfortable stay.
