I had a very good experience. The breakfast served & the ambiance are notable features of the hotel. On the other hand the hotel located right above a Mall makes it easier for entertainment.The staff are very polite & helpful in every possible way. Ms. Anushka especially handled the customers politely & was very swift in the work she does

It was a great experience. Staff was highly cooperative. I travel a lot but this type of hospitality, I saw firat time. I got a little problem with my room lock, within 2 minutes person came with solution. Room was clean. Location is like center of city. Transport available like immediately.
