Staff is not well trained and food quality is bad. What made the stay experience bad was their non explanation on charges of minibar and self in room items. It was kept hidden until we were informed on leaving and had to pay for consumption. I expected a better service from Radisson group. I felt a lack of personal effort from staff who were taking their work non serious and for granted

We enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur from August 20 to 22, 2025. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring an extensive selection that included South Indian specialties like idli, sambar, and chutney; North Indian favorites such as parathas, sautéed peas, and various Indian curries; as well as fish dishes, cakes, fresh fruits, juices, and made-to-order omelets from a live cooking station. The beverage options were equally impressive, offering coffee, tea, a variety of yogurts, and soup to start the meal. Chef Sandeep and his team were exceptionally warm and professional. The breakfast service staff, especially Vivek, Bhumika, and others, were remarkably kind, courteous, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Room service was prompt and efficient, with ample supplies of coffee, tea, and milk always available. When a room service dish didn’t fully meet our expectations, the team graciously provided an alternative dish at no extra charge—a thoughtful gesture that truly stood out. Chef Sandeep deserves special recognition for his friendly demeanor and professional approach in every interaction. His personal attention elevated our dining experience, making it truly memorable. Overall, the exceptional food, impeccable service, and genuine hospitality made our stay at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur truly delightful.

Hotel Radisson blue hotel at Gorakhpur is a hotel worth staying.It is located at prime location of Gorakhpur.I stayed there recently 08.08.2025 to 13.08.2025at 1st floor and 7th fllor.The sight of Gorakhpur with Ramgarh taal is fantastic.Room has all the facilities-double hed,sofa,study table,tea making facility,a small fridge with mini bar,safe,western commode,glass covered bathroom with double shower.Staff and executives are polite and corteous.However I will make few practical suggestions- 1.body scrubber should be available in bath room 2.Parting gifts should be given to guests ,who are staying for more than 3 days .as it is 4or 5 starred hotel with international tourists.

I atayed there for5-6 days and found the stay exciting.Good city view and Ramgarh taal from 7th floor.Prime location.Food was good specially complementary breakfast.Staff and executive were polite and courteous.Room condition was excellent.Amenities were excellent I will recommend 2 suggestions 1.scrubber in bathrom, 2.Parting gift to the guests,whose stay is more than 3 days.I hope that I deserve this

Hotel Radisson ,Gorakhpur is one of the best hotels though I sayed in Burj Khalifa,Dubai too.Rooms are in very good conditions facing Ramgarh taal.staff and executives are very courteous.Typical shows bharat.Food is good but needs some improvement.Worth staying I extended my room stay 3 times.
