Location is good and so much bigger room as compared to other redisson chain hotels , breakfast was very yummy ...service was excellent but movement of lift was very sluggish so try to improve ... overall my experience of stay was excellent ...i would like to give 9.5 rating out of 10👍

Poor Stay

We were allotted Room 205. Seems it was a punishment allotment. 1. Most of the lights were not working. 2. The wardrobe light was not working 3. The iron was missing 4. The torchlight was missing 5. The wall near work table was full of damages and scratches 6. No stock of bath soap 7. the room service took very very long time 8. And wrong food served. After making complains about the above there wasn’t any action. Even the breakfast was stale.

Staff is not well trained and food quality is bad. What made the stay experience bad was their non explanation on charges of minibar and self in room items. It was kept hidden until we were informed on leaving and had to pay for consumption. I expected a better service from Radisson group.
