My solo stay at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome and excellent hospitality. The staff made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and every meal was beautifully prepared. I especially appreciated the breakfast experience. The flute player created such a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfast staff kept checking on me politely and respectfully, making sure I had everything I needed. Their kindness made me feel special. A special thank you to Preetika. Her lovely smile, caring nature, and friendly attitude made my stay even more memorable. She is a wonderful representative of the Radisson Blu Gorakhpur. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service and support. I had a fantastic experience and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

My stay was overall average. On the positive side, the food was delicious and definitely up to the mark. However, the experience was hindered by a few operational issues. I faced significant trouble during the check-in process, particularly regarding the room keys. Additionally, both the room amenities and the standard of service provided need noticeable improvement to ensure a more comfortable guest experience.
