intolerable window AC noise, had to switch off the AC in the night.windows without grill. Asked to change room they showed even worst than that( smell of smoking and unclean)

1. Remnants of gutkha pan masala were present in drawers, ( not cleaned even after complaint) 2. Broken hangers for cloths. Not replaced, just taken back 3. TV channels were not working as channel payments were not made by the hotel hence services were withdrawn, 4. Free wifi available for only one device at a time. 5. AC remote was not working, as was without battery. 6. 2nd toilet kit not provided at all even after request.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Facilities like airport drop in & pick up were very helpful and that to complimentary. Food was excellent. But the cost of food was higher than the surrounding food joints.

Stay was good, very supporting staff, neat and clean atmosphere.

Hotel room was ok ok . Staff was good . But the food was over priced . I mean I ordered one plate of pulao of Rs 250. Quantity was very less and taste was average. I ordered raita of approach 125rs , they gave raita in a small bowl . I mean just a small bowl of curd with vegetables costing 125rs . Not at all worth . Morning breakfast was good . So over all experience was average . Please renovate your rooms too . On reaching hotel , they gave me a room giving olden days vibe plus AC was window AC with so much noise coming . All the smoke of outside was coming to my room . I asked receptionist to change my room . They told me that they gave me best room , I asked them to change it . Another room I got was far better than previous one . So it was mix experience for me . 2.5⭐️ from my side

Food is sumptuous. Stay was excellent. They told me that they have upgraded me.

All over Superb . All staff, food is very good in taste. I recommend to all friend please visit once.

very comfortable & peaceful stay

The room was clean and tidy. staff behaviour was up to mark. no complaints only compliments. breakfast was delicious. The location was perfectly fine and was centred, everything I wanted was very close to it.the services and amenities all were very good one thing on which hotel can improve is a little on staff behaviour.

Hotel has good infra with all amenities. Whole staff is very nice and friendly, food is also very good with at reasonable price . Pick up and drop facility also provide by the hotel. Over all Shivoy is the best option for bisiness travellers

The hotel appears to get great from the pictures on MMT, but looks pretty old and average in reality. The stay was fine. The food was affordable and tasty. However, during my stay the wifi was not working and there the TV channels were not subscribed.

Food taste is good & variety, hotel is little bit old, staff service is good, but process of registration or check in & check out like sarkaari kaam

Shivoy is average hotel, rooms were average. When we visited flush was not working and they fixed it post we told them. Breakfast spread was awesome. Lot of variety were there in the breakfast menu. Overall a good stay with the hotel.
