bahut hi ganda hotel hai, breakfast included tha but breakfast hi nahi mila, agar zero rating ho to main zero rating hi dunga, koi bhi ismain saty mat karna

Guest house se bhi bekar room mila hai, i am very upset. I never use again make my trip. I want to cancel-led my booking?

MMT pls remove this property from your list this hotel is not in operational condition, room and washrooms are not cleaned and in deplorable condition

As we have booked for two days (29. 07. 24 & 30. 07. 24) (non-refundable, we have to stay there. They have no facility. No complementary breakfast, no water, no lift. You have to carry your luggage upto your allocated room. Bathroom is full of small black worms. Rats are roaming inside the room. They have no proper restaurant facilities. As we have booked with complementary breakfast, they offered us puri after 10-30am after repeated reminders. You are booking these rooms @ around rs. 4900. 00 for two days with such facilities, we have doubts whether you taking care of your customer or only interested on commision for booking. We have to think about your quality of your service.

Horrible experience, room was very dirty and terrible, they are posting fake and modified photo, actually experience was horrible

Rooms shi n hi the and room ne chuhe ghum rhea the and breakfast that is very bad overall experience bhut bekar tha.

It was a horrible stay at hotel. Geyser was not working, washroom was so dirty, no cleaning in room. After several complains tv got started. Mosquito was always there as companion.

Water taps were tight and was tripping. Hot water was not available. Beds were not comfortable it was up and down. Rooms were clean. Mosquitoes were getting inside the room from below the a/c fitting and rats were from below the door space. Attenders were serviceable.

Excellent experience, outstanding customer service, great food, very good amenities, everything is outstanding and very good, staff is also very nice and welcoming staff, friendly staff, hotel location is also very prime located at centre of large varieties of shops, etc

Cleanliness is an issue. Toilet/ bathroom were not properly cleaned. No soap, shampoo. Smelly towel. Rat was seen in the morning. Tv is working but without any channel. No phone to contact reception. Bed linen/ quilt, blanket with stains. Staff is polite, but need polishing and cleanliness of themselves before they serve.

The rooms are good. Provided me with an electric kettle as well and i used that to make instant coffee. The staff are extremely nice and polite. The service is good.

Everything was very clean i love that value for money❤️ it was amazing 😻Toilet is very clean and breakfast lunch was very nice💯❤️

The hotel location is reachable, receptionist and staff were kind, room was spacious with working air conditioner and tv and it has have clean washroom with geyser.

Stay was not so pleasant, because of the foul smell coming from the drainages. Taps and bedrolls were not clean. Ac waste water pipe was not fixed properly water was dripping in the washroom. A clean mug should have been provided. Food was served from other hotels. Paper napkins were not provided. Thanks

The hotel is situated just in the heart of city which is the best thing for business travellers. Its a pocket friendly hotel. ✅ The management is though quick to resolve your problems. The service of the staff is quick and they are pretty well mannered. Nice Hotel Rooms, Service and Location.
