I stayed in room no 409, before this room the staff has shown me 109, 209, 206, 309 all the room are spacious but poorly maintained, full of bad odor, full of humidity, spited linen, folded and old mattress, at the time of check out manager has asked me to pay the room rent despite it was prepaid booking, when I show the booking voucher to that fellow then he was saying you ask the MMT for cancellation and you will get back the booking amount and you have to settle the bills before you leave, then I called the MMT customer care then with in 30 minutes issue was resolved.
