Hi, this is regarding the room booking booked for 2 days from 12 th feb 2025 to 14 feb 2025. We had find out few things which was not good the first thing was that the delux room was totally dumped. When we asked for it to staff first he didn't replied. Secondary, we find the silicon based on wall which is not particularly good for our privacy. Third, the room and towel was not properly washed and fourth last but not least the water bottle was even not provided by hotel staffs. I will not blamed totally to staffs but to the owner who is not properly giving response. It has been cost to us for one day 4 k approx. Due to grievance, can you please refund the amount. We didn't wait for more than half an hour even. So, i will expect the amount to be refund. If not please give response to the particular mail, so, i can take the further steps or action as per my level. I will expect the response from mmt team and so i can take the proper action and complain to higher authorities
