hotel staff was very rude he was not answering my questions. he was ignoring me like I am his worker. owner told me that he will arrange a auto to cover gorakhpur in ₹ 600. but when asked amount raised to ₹ 2500 . after asking he said for ₹600 you have to cover by yourself he will not arrange. he gave me false commitment. room was terrible. room was not cleaned. water supply was not working properly. all amenities was not provided. pathetic service. fan was not working properly. heater was damaged.

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Beds have bugs in it. Gloomy ambience. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. Only reason to book is it was nearest to my exam centre. Otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all. Even the wifi is worst.

The hotel manager is very rude. He gave me a dormitory room while i booked for a single room. The bed cover was filthy and they had weird stains. He did-not even gave me a towel. The room was full of mosqiutoes and i was not able to sleep properly. Too bad service, did-not provide water bottle even

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was disgusting, the toilet had cigarette ashes, the bed sheets were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was very dirty.
