Nice location and good environment of this hotel. i feel better here

Overall the hotel was good but the bedsheets were not clean and the behavior of the hotel manager was rude. The hotel has a lots of mosquitoes so make sure you are not allergic to mosquito bites.

Bathroom was pathetic shape less light very bad condition

Average quality not good for family stay . bathroom and toilet are not well cleaned

good hotel staff and good location , clean room , good budget hotel , all staff behaviour was very friendly

Location was very premium and easy excess to all places of the city but the problem is that the Toilet was very small as like a size of a desk and it was also smelling bery bad

Small Space For Toilets And Bathrooms. When I using one of them the water supply closes accidently. Then we complaint and water continues after 10 minutes.

rooms not clean , no bedsheets , the check-in process is very lengthy, toilets were crap , bathrooms not very good , very hard to find location and the staircase to the hotel is equivalent to mountain trekking

All good apart from washroom's gate, it was broken, I was not able to close it properly with chatkani. I stayed their with family. Experience was embracing.

A very beat place for stay. Staff behaviour is so good. Rooms are very clean and hygienic.

Only mosquito problem everything was good but no facility for mosquito and also the location is prime

excellent hotel excellent staff.room conditions good.Cleanliness good .AC and TV working. near to main market golghar.All facilities nearby.budgeted hotel.near to hospitals,railway station,university malls and hospitals.No telephone in the room.catering inside not available however staff brings food from outside.

Presently I am staying in the hotel.Hotel I excellent budgeted hotel with location very near to main market -Golghar.Staff is courteous specially recommends Prem with 35 years experience in same hotel..Recommends him for manager.Some rooms have ac with tv.Rooms are equipped with dressing table eating table ,double bed and attached bath.Hygeinic and Good cleaning. Hotel is double storeyed with terrace at the top.Though I use to stay in 5-strorey hotels ,a general manager in O.N.G.C. ,yet I found the hotel excellent.Some points to be improved 1.catering facility inside the hotel at terrace. 2.Staircass should be replaced by elevators 3.Reception should give a good look. 4.Rooms should have telephones for reception.

excellent service and room in budgeted cost.staff is very cooperative ,specially Prem.Though old style but my favourite hotel since 1999.The room services are excellent.Location of hotel is in prime location of Gorakhpur and the main market of GOLGHAR is at walkable distance.However reception requires better looks.

Location of hotel, behaviour of staff & amenities available all are good. The tariff is too moderate. We are satisfied on choosing Hotel Ganesh Golghar, Gorakhpur UP. Regards

Mosquito are filled up & further staff have no sense of talking with polite manners Amount charged for 3 guest but bed provided for 2 guest only.

This hotel is a very old model british type decoration, nostalgic but the room not very cozy at this winter time the wall ventilation makes it most horrible experience so if it can improve then it will be very good

Average stay at this price. The rooms were average. There were too many mosquitoes in the room but we booked late at night and got the rooms.

It was away from hustle and bustle. A homely environment and helpful owner. The room price was reasonable.
