Review Of Hotel Leela Galaxy

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I ordered dinner for 8PM, but it never arrived. When I called to receptionist, the receptionist apologized and said they couldn't provide dinner, suggesting I get it form outside.i hafto go bed hungry. Moreover, they don't serve breakfast in the morning either.so please don't book this hotel.

On 3rd April 25, I checked in at 9:15 pm but the room was not ready. The dinner was also very bad. The roti was hard and cold. There was nothing except dal. The dal given to me was called dal makhani but had potatoes mixed in it. On 4th April, the breakfast was also very bad. The manager and the owner were very nice and gentle people who were met at checkout in the morning.

Its been considered worst travel stays ac not working three rooms changed reached about 11pm to settle down bear bad night two hours sleep morning tea bags short sugar short milk short restaurant not working got they refunded 800 rupees for seven people breakfast money as buffet breakfast not even curd parantha available took dinner going 3. 7 kms away as same for breakfast we dumb-ed rs 7860 for one night should be given back worst mm t policy of non refund worst travel experience on mm t
