The staff totally cheats and charge extra amount. I booked a deluxe room and the once I saw the room it was very small, so I asked for another room which they said they have executive room and I agreed for the upgradation as difference in price of deluxe and executive was on 200-300 RS, however once I was checking out they instead of charging me for upgrade charged me for extra bed and charged extra Rs 700 per day for that instead of Rs 200-300 and forced me to pay. As a guest I would suggest never ever visit this place as they don’t have ethics and they just try to extra as much money they can from the guests

Dear Mr. Abhyuday Singh i can understand your pain but i want to clear that when you book the room from mmt their is clearly mention the size of the room .and one more thing if you want upgrade the room than obviously you have to pay extra for that as per our Hotel policy .second thing you damage the room interior and room linen also that's why we charge extra from you .so please whenever you are going to any hotel do not damage the property interior and don't expect Hotel will leave you free of cost . They are not true hoteliers, they very rude and refused to provide bills for extra charges (taken for early checking charges), very rude behavior, rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Commuting from this place is headache. Not safe. there were hairs in the bed.

Points to remember 😁

First of all i was asked for chair, but not given. Second, at this price range (₹2200 above) there should be provided basic necessities items (toothpaste, toothbrush, bathroom slipper, face towel) and i was given bathroom towel after only acknowledged. The power supply had cut many times more than 07 times, I don’t know what happened. Lastly the sound of the rooftop swimming pool swelling got distributed badly.
