Review Of Villa Sakura & Resort

I didn’t stayed in the said property. The property caretaker is doing fraud by taking booking in the name of sakura villa and asking to stay in a nearby hotel (Andaaz retreat ). I did a complaints against the same but not yet recieved any revert from make my trip helpline. No refund given yet .

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, I was left waiting for 20 minutes as there was no one available to assist me. The workers eventually arrived with towels, but that's where the issues began. The washroom was in a deplorable state, with a strong unpleasant odor. Despite my attempts to freshen it up with perfume, no action was taken to address the issue. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that the pool was chargeable, despite booking a Super Deluxe room. The staff informed me that I would need to book the entire villa, which comprises 8 rooms, to access the pool. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for food items not listed on the menu. The final straw was when the workers entered my room without knocking at 8 am while I was still sleeping. Overall, my experience was marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of safety. I would not recommend staying at this villa sakura.

The place was amazing, we had our own little private pool, the room was very clean and the employees very kind and helpful, i totally recommend this place! i will be back as soon as i have to travel to jaipur again. Cheers!

Pool & rooms are so good and clean, pool timing no limits staff are very cooperative, location so good and easy to reach

They didn’t open the property main gate or respond to our calls. We called 2 numbers one from mmt and one from google but both were unrepsonsive.
