I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Empire, Jaipur, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations.
From the very beginning, the room service was extremely disappointing – delays, lack of attention, and basic amenities not being provided on time. The breakfast experience was equally poor, with limited options, below-average quality, and poor service standards. Cleanliness and staff responsiveness also left much to be desired.
As a guest, I expect at least the basics of comfort, hygiene, and hospitality to be met, especially when choosing a reputed property. Sadly, my stay did not reflect the level of service and care that one would anticipate.
I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience, because Jaipur deserves hotels that represent its warm hospitality better.
