Rooms are not clean, in bathrooms there are not hot water , and faucets licked . And for one think you have tell them ten times , but not solved after that

Worst Experience not ever going to book again. A total waste of money. Would recommend not to book this stay.

Room was not cleaned properly, not ventilated, too small coz at the time of booking it was mentioned 224 sf ft but room was app 120 ft and has to asked for towels and toiletries Location is good and staff is good

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Empire for a short visit. Overall, the experience was okay, but there are a few areas where improvement would make a big difference. The room ambience was average — the interiors looked a bit old and could use some renovation. The carpet was slightly torn, which gave an impression of wear and tear. There were also no room accessories or basic facilities arranged initially, but the staff responded quickly once I called the reception and arranged everything without delay. Apart from the room, the reception area and overall hotel ambience were quite good. The staff were polite and helpful, which was appreciated after a long journey. As we arrived around midnight and checked out early in the morning, we didn’t have a chance to try the hotel’s food service, so I can’t comment on that aspect. In summary, it was a decent short stay — the service quality was good, though the room condition needs some maintenance and updates to match the hotel’s otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Pathetic hotel, filed litter and dust alaround the surface, stained bed sheets smelling rooms, terrible stay, pool shown in the photos was water less and filled with dirt .

AC was not working, no window in room changed room in night, which was ok. overall the experience was mixed.

Very bad experience! The room was not good, and the swimming pool facility was not given as promised. Before check-in, they said they would clean the pool, but after check-in, they changed the reason, saying there was an electric socket in the pool. Such a cheap and unprofessional service! I’m extremely angry — even the manager’s behaviour was rude and disrespectful. Totally disappointed Public is not fool
