Staff was good and supportive nice stay and hotel was also good will stay again there if I visit Jaipur

It was very bad experience to stay here as I ordered food that delivered after 45 min that is too with 2 calls. And tone of guy was not welcoming over the phone when I placed order via intercom. More over behavior of guy at the time of checkout wasn't pleasant

they gave me inferior room as againstwgat i booked. I called mmt and they promised to pay me differential amount but you didn't. next day after my repeated escalation I got my booked room. very pathetic response snd very poor service from mmt. I don't remember the name of mmt employee but he was supposed to call me that never happened. I need resolution ASAP.

Mera stay overall kaafi accha raha. Property ka location convenient tha, aas-paas basic cheezein easily mil jaati thi. Room clean aur comfortable tha, staff ka behaviour bhi friendly tha. Food tasty tha aur timely serve kiya gaya. Amenities jaise Wi-Fi aur hot water sahi se kaam kar rahe the. Overall experience peaceful raha, definitely recommend karunga agar koi yahan stay karna chahta hai.

service is totally very poor room and toilet not maintain properly sorry they r lots of things which I cannot say tea is very bad and lift not working since we stay there kindly look into the matter personally and take necessary actions please and kindly refund some money back with no proper facilities. It was good, decent hotel with good staff but it was far from the main city highlights, if u have car then book this.

very bed service now no tv set top box no tea cattle room services also very very poor take orders but not deliver after 1 hours only tea/ coffee . in room no ac remote nor working ac

amenities are too bad rooms are congested, bathroom was not clean even bad cover was changed after complain, staff was also rude.

Amenities- A big disappointment. Lift was non functional for both days of our stay. My mother had trouble taking the stairs for 2floors. They kept promising us that we will get it fixed in few hours but it wasn't fixed even after two days. Swimming pool was non functional. It was filled with dirty water. They kept promising that it will get cleaned and filled with fresh water but Room facilities :- We booked two rooms and one room had a very old AC with broken body and remote control didn't work. Toilet seat was broken in the other room. I actually fell while using it. One washbasin had a very high flow of water. You couldn't wash your hands without getting water all over you. Room service:- It was slow. We had to call multiple times to get tea, mattress etc. The stairs had water on it at all times due to some leakage on top floor. Overall, very disappointing service that caused unnecessary discomfort and failed to deliver even the basic amenities.

Poor service from staff to late service in all things

The worst hotel i have ever seen, I forgot my medical file there…giat they throw it in dustbin and when i called to ask for it they told ki sir it is spoiled now.. I told them that this is very important please keep it at reception even in spoiled condition it is useful…. Now when i came to take it they told ki we have thrown it..and they start blaming each other for the mistake…. They dont even know ki how important a medical file can be for someone.. and finally they told ki we lost it sir, we cannot do anything…. I don’t even want to give them single start but that is the minimum possibility…. Please do not visit this hotel and dont even think about leaving your valuables at any cost…..

Rooms are not clean, in bathrooms there are not hot water , and faucets licked . And for one think you have tell them ten times , but not solved after that

Worst Experience not ever going to book again. A total waste of money. Would recommend not to book this stay.

Room was not cleaned properly, not ventilated, too small coz at the time of booking it was mentioned 224 sf ft but room was app 120 ft and has to asked for towels and toiletries Location is good and staff is good

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Empire for a short visit. Overall, the experience was okay, but there are a few areas where improvement would make a big difference. The room ambience was average — the interiors looked a bit old and could use some renovation. The carpet was slightly torn, which gave an impression of wear and tear. There were also no room accessories or basic facilities arranged initially, but the staff responded quickly once I called the reception and arranged everything without delay. Apart from the room, the reception area and overall hotel ambience were quite good. The staff were polite and helpful, which was appreciated after a long journey. As we arrived around midnight and checked out early in the morning, we didn’t have a chance to try the hotel’s food service, so I can’t comment on that aspect. In summary, it was a decent short stay — the service quality was good, though the room condition needs some maintenance and updates to match the hotel’s otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Pathetic hotel, filed litter and dust alaround the surface, stained bed sheets smelling rooms, terrible stay, pool shown in the photos was water less and filled with dirt .
